FAQ's

Q. Is my parking guaranteed at my chosen location for each game?

A. You are guaranteed a parking space at your chosen location until 15 minutes before the start of the game. If you arrive after that time and there is no space available at your chosen lot you will be accomodated at a nearby WestPark location.

Q. Am I assigned a specific parking stall?

A. Parking is first-come, first-served and you may not have the same stall every game, unless you have purchased a Premium Reserved stall. Premium Reserved Stalls holders, will be assigned a specific stall.

Q. I may not drive the same vehicle to every game. Do I have to provide the license plates of all my vehicles?

A. No. We are not concerned with what vehicle you are driving. For whichever vehicle you drive, you MUST display the parking pass for that game night clearly on your dash.

B. For Guests who have been provided a Parking Code, instead of a phsyical parking pass, the code must be used to register the plate of the vehicle that will be parking on Game day.

Q. I share my season passes with friends, clients or co-workers. How does that work?

A. Each booklet has one parking pass per specific game night. You can provide your friends, clients, co-workers, etc with the parking pass that is valid for a specific game night/day.

B. For Guests who have been provided a Parking Code, instead of a phsyical parking pass, the code must be used to register the plate of the vehicle that will be parking on Game day. you can provide that code to whomever will be using the parking (code can only be used once per game).

Q. What if I forget my parking pass or code one game night/day or I bring the wrong pass?

A. Unfortunately, you will have to pay the posted Event rate that game day/night. Parking passes from one day can not be substituted for parking on a different date. Unused parking passes will not be refunded.

Q. I'm unable to go to all the games. Can I get a refund for parking I didn't use?

A. Sorry, parking passes are non-refundable.

Q. What's the deadline for ordering passes?

A. You must order your passes no later than May 31, 2019 in order to guarantee delivery of the passes, or code prior to the first scheduled game.

Q. What if I don't want to order my passes from your on-line system?

A. Contact our Guest Services Department at 604.669.7275 and we can process your order over the phone.

Q. How and when will I get my passes or code?

A. For BC Lions passes, You will receive your parking code by May 31, 2019 by e-mail.

B. For Canucks passes, you will receive your parking passes by Registered Mail with Canada Post the week of September 10th, 2019.  A signature is required upon delivery. If you prefer you can pick-up the passes from our office at Suite 1310-1140 West Pender Street (as long as you have selected "pick-up" on the on-line order form). Passes will be available for pick-up no earlier than September 10, 2019.

Q. Do you have parking spaces for the disabled?

A. Yes. All of our locations have designated parking spaces for guests with disabilities on a first come, first serve basis (you must display a valid provincial parking permit).
