 Mobile (Patroller) Ambassadors – Full-time

This is a field-work position that allows for autonomy, problem-solving and superior customer service skills. This position provides an opportunity to secure full-time, steady income and take a 'pride of ownership' approach while contributing to the growth of our organization. The role utilizes WestPark fleet vehicles with the latest electronic tools for an effective and exciting work environment.

 

Main activities include patrolling lots to ensure guests are compliant with parking regulations and issuing violation notices those vehicles not adhering to the rules.  Greeting guests and providing directions and general customer service, including any assistance with pay stations.  Helping with the overall appearance of our parking facilities, which includes performing general parking lot maintenance and clean-up.  A clean driving record with a BC Class 5 driver’s license is required.  Knowledge of the lower mainland and previous patrol experience is an asset.  For more information on this position or to express your interest, please email Kristy Bentley at kristyb@westpark.com

 

Taxi Hosts – Full-time and Part-time  

This is an amazing opportunity to be part of the launch of Vancouver's Newest and Premier International World-Class Entertainment Destination.  As a key member of our Departure Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a World-Class Guest Experience projecting utmost professionalism. Taxi Hosts are responsible for arranging and coordinating taxi pick-up services, coordinating with our onsite guest services team to help provide optimal guest experience.  This position may entail cashiering services from time to time.

 

The role includes assisting with departing guests with their luggage; loading vehicle assistance requires an ability to stand, lift and bend to deliver swift services. Parking Valet Hosts – Full-time, Part-time, and Casual

Parking Valet Hosts play a significant role in the impression of a parking facility and adjoining project or resort.  As the first and last person our parking guests will interact with, we are seeking individuals who project a positive impression with a warm greeting, smiling face and possess a professional demeanor.

Front Desk Cashier, Full-time/Part-time

WestPark is seeking outgoing and engaging Cashiers to join our Team.  Our Front Desk Cashier is a very important member of the departure’s experience for guests visiting our sites and plays a critical role in the overall guest experience visiting projects and resorts.  Primarily role is to greet guests and process parking service charges, manage claim tickets, and assist with vehicle key control and retrieval.

Parking (Attendant) Hosts – Full-time, Part-time, and Casual

Parking Hosts assist arriving guests on where to park, how to use pay stations and monitor load levels for self-parking.  Hosts also provide assisting with arriving and departing parking guests, facilitate traffic flow within the parking facility, and help navigate guests to their parking needs.  Parking Hosts are responsible for safeguarding a pleasant and positive stay at any parking facility and its associate building or resort.

 

At times, Parking Hosts will assist with traffic management and vehicular flow during events and peak service times. You must be outgoing and in nature and uphold a commitment to service excellence.
